Full Tilt Poker Can Lick My Ass

For any folks out there with the gambling itch like myself, I would like to provide you with this bit of information.  DO NOT PLAY ON FULL TILT POKER.  FULL TILT POKER SUCKS.

Now that my basic opinion has been put forth I shall provide you with my beef.

Obviously online gambling is legally hazey, and unsure.  But if that doesnt stop you from playing poker online at Full Tilt then the horrible customer service and lack of care should.

Im not going to bore the hell out of you with specifics I will just say an issue came up so they “suspended” my account until I could verify my identity.  I was already pissed at this point because Ive been playing for years, received withdraws and given them business.  So I emailed them essentially asking “what the hell?” Then they take 24 god damn hours to reply, and DO NOT HAVE A PHONE LINE FOR SUPPORT.  So I wait 24 pokerless gambling free hours which is torture like strapping a car battery to my testicles.

full20tilt20poker20tableSo I finally get an email back, asking for a copy of my ID and utility bill.  At first I want to punch a hole through Full Tilt pokers stupid face, but then like a tool I provided a copy of my ID and utility bill.  Then wait ANOTHER 24 hours.  I get another email thanking me for verifying my ID, and say they cant take my utility bill because its over 60 days old (73 days old).  I literally had a brain aneurysm and punched a baby girl in the face.  Ok, maybe not a baby… but definitely a girl.  So I find another stupid utility bill…. Email it over… wait another 24 hours for a response…

Now we reach my current status with this stupid ass website…  I receive an email stating:

“Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We’re pleased to inform you that we’ve verified your address document for your account $%^#.

We apologize, but we’re unable to reopen your account until all accounts associated with yours have submitted acceptable identification.  Thank you for your cooperation, and if you have any questions, please let us know.”

Ive never seen my face turn purple with rage filled hate… but this stupid ass “cut and paste” customer service jerk-me-off email has put me to this point of hatred.  YOU MESSIN’ WITH MY MONEY SON!!  Somebody likely to get dealt wit’..

I just want to play poker.. I verified my information, twice..  Ive waited 24 hours between correspondance.. WHAT THE HELL MAN!?!?

STUPID ASSHOLES!!
