Alright, there has been way too many news stories the past few weeks about the government fucking shit up for me not talk about it.

Government, get your shit together.

By Kevin Rogers

Alright, there has been way too many news stories the past few weeks about the government fucking shit up for me not talk about it. Let me preface this article by saying: I’m not taking any political sides on this one, just common sense and maybe, just maybe, a little humor. We shall see.

First up, and the oldest story, the Arizona immigration bill. Now I’m not going to be the person to tell you what’s right and what’s wrong with this bill, or if it’s legal or illegal. No, I’m going to rant about how absolutely hypocritical it is for the federal government to come to the party days late and try to lay down some sort of guilt trip to the state of Arizona. The reason this pisses me off so damn much is simple: people all over this country have been crying, no, SCREAMING for immigration reform, and both the Bush and now Obama administration have done ZERO in regards to stopping people from crossing our borders.

Like I stated before, I’m not going to tell you what’s right or wrong, but I will say this- at least someone is doing something about this problem. Yeah, maybe Arizona could be going a little overboard or maybe not, but the simple fact is they are fed-up with people crossing the border to kill, rape, and steal from this country. Of course people are going to bitch about what’s going on; it’s what people do. Now you get everyone in the Obama administration like Hilary Clinton and Robert Gibbs, bitching about what’s going on and how it’s “not fair”, and that we need “real reform”.

Are you shitting me right now? Yes you idiots, no shit we need real reform, so do it then assholes! You’re the damn federal government, so go make some real changes instead of going on TV to bitch about someone else’s. It’s like the old switch-a-fuckin-roo, watch this hand over here, while I punch you in the face and rape your wife with this other hand.

NEXT!

The good old BP oil spill in the gulf coast. Let me start by saying bravo to BP for playing this one close to the vest. Right after this started going down you get a statement saying, “no worries everyone, it’s just 1,000 barrels of oil per day, we’ve got this covered”. Excuse me? Wait, so the company that theoretically caused this disaster is telling us they will take care of it? Yeah, that sounds awesome let’s leave the autistic 18 year old, in charge of the retarded 20 year old while we go to the movies.

Are you kidding me!? But no, everyone in the White House was A-OK with it. Then BP announces that it may be closer to 2,500 barrels of oil per day, and that the oil slick is heading towards the coast of Louisiana. Again the Obama administration does nothing, congrats on another amazing decision! Now come to find out that it’s more like 5,000 barrels of oil per day, and that the oil will probably continue to spill out into the ocean for another 40-60 days.

YIPPEE!!!!!! So now we have everyone along the gulf coast suffering because the White House couldn’t decide if they needed to shit, or get off the pot. Look I understand that the powers that be can’t be bothered with such insignificant details like our economy being damaged every day we don’t attempt to stop this.

Now comes the story that the local fishermen who depend on the waters for work and to feed their families are hatching a plan that can only be described as Willey Coyote-esc. They are going to get all their pontoon boats and line them up along the coast to “block” the oil sludge from hitting the main land. Now I’ll be honest, I don’t know much about environmental disasters, but this sounds like the plan a child would think up. The fact is though that this is ALL the fishermen have, because the government didn’t step in to help out when this actually started!

NEXT!

Last and certainly not least is the attempted bombing in Times Square. Now I’m not going to be that guy who yells and screams because the government didn’t do anything about a guy who came here from Pakistan in the 90′s to go to school. However, I will yell about the fact that this guy was on the terror watch list and almost made it out of the country! Are you kidding me? If this guy would have made it back to Pakistan we would have never found this douche bag. I’ll be honest I’m surprised the FBI was able to track down this piece of shit before it was too late, but still!

Let’s look at this for a second, the guy became a nationalized citizen in 2009, at that point he was already on the terror watch list because of his close ties with Pakistan. He had just come back from a 5 month stay in Pakistan where his wife currently lives. Odd you ask? Yes, it is, the reason his wife is still over seas is because she didn’t believe in his radical extremist views. Hmmm… Strike two. Now comes the whammy that I just read today. Let me pose this as a question first, if a nationalized US citizen from Pakistan with extremist views is placed on the Terror Watch list, is he able to buy a gun?

The answer is surprisingly YES! I must be living in a fantasy fucking universe! Under what smart- ass politician was it thought to be a good idea for this? I’m all for gun right’s for U.S. citizens, but are you kidding me right now? Everything about this guy was fishy and yet he was allowed to stay in this country, and then buy a gun! Thank God this moron wasn’t smart enough to use the gun; instead he tried to blow up thousands of civilians in the middle of Times Square with a kid’s alarm clock and some roman candles.

In closing I’m tired of the government, and its bullshit. Get your shit together and fix the problems we have, Fix the problems that happen, and Fix the problems that could happen.

UFC 113 is coming up this Saturday May the 8th and long time fan of thishotfire.com, Dean Xanttopulos, has issued a challenge to resident MMA master Kevin Rogers, and here are their picks.

UFC 113 picks: Kevin vs Dean

By Kevin Rogers and Dean Xanttopulos

Ok. So Kevin sucked it up big time with his WEC picks last time so we’re battling it out for UFC 113: Machida vs. Shogun II. These my friends are Deano Mac’s picks!

Thanks for that intro Deano, yes, I did suck it up last time, but as I’ve stated, im not perfect and if you checking out my picking record, im somewhere around 80% for UFC fights, which is my bread and butter. So I’ll take a 0 for 0 in the WEC any day to smash you in the UFC.. it’s game time buddy. Let’s see what you got.

Alan Belcher vs. Patrick Cote

Patrick Cote had rifled off 5 straight victories before injuring his knee in a loss to Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva. Belcher on the other hand is coming of a TKO win over Wilson Gouveia. Belcher has a pretty good submission game and is a decent striker, but he’s not half the striker that Cote is. Cote might have a little bit of cage rust but even with that I still believe that he’s a better fighter than Belcher.

My Prediction: Patrick Cote defeats Alan Belcher in the 2nd round via TKO.

While Deano is correct here in that Cote has a better stand up game than Belcher, he does leave out that Belcher was fought and beat better competition than Cote has. Belcher has stood toe to toe with some much better strikers than Cote. The fact that Cote is coming off almost a 2 year lay off is going to be terrible for a guy who has never been known for his cardio.. The fact is this is going to be a warm up fight for Cote, with Belcher who can go the distance with some tough fighters.

Winner via Split Decision Alan Belcher

Kimbo Slice vs. Matt Mitrione

This is a match of two Ultimate Fighter 10 contestants. While I believe that Kimbo Slice is legitimately trying to learn and become a better fighter, this is pretty much just a fight for the casual MMA fan to watch and talk about. People only want to see him knock somebody out. Mitrione has one professional fight which was a win at the Ultimate Fighter 10 finale over fellow contestant Marcus Jones. Neither fighter is very impressive, nor will either ever be a serious heavyweight contender.

My Prediction: Kimbo Slice defeats Matt Mitrione in the 3rd round via TKO.

Alright, kid’s this fight is going to be over quick, and I have a pretty good feeling it’s going to be a “slug fest”. Mitrione is probably going to come out swinging on Kimbo trying to steal himself some thunder. Kimbo of course is going to give him the chance to punch that trademark beard. The fact is this fight holds little meaning to the heavyweight division but should be one “slobber knocker”. I side with Deano on this one kiddies.

Winner via KO in the 1st round Kimbo Slice

Jeremy Stephens vs. Sam Stout

This has the making to be a very exciting fight. Both guys like to bang and Stout has been in 4 “Fights of the Night”. Stephens is coming off of a nice TKO victory over Justin Buchholz and Stout has 2 straight unanimous decision victories. Stephens is the stronger fighter but Stout has a quickness advantage and better cardio with a good amount of power himself. Stout’s big downfall is that he doesn’t always finish fights.

My Prediction: Sam Stout defeats Jeremy Stephens via decision.

Alright Deano this is possible the only fight we can whole heartedly agree on. Stout has quickness over Stephens as well as better accuracy. The fact is Stout has this fight wrapped up for the most part. Stephens can certainly come into this and win, but I think it would be a long shot.

Winner via split decision Sam Stout

Paul Daley vs. Josh Koscheck

Here is the most built up fight of the night. These two guys have been trash talking since their signatures hit the paper. Both fighters are very exciting and this fight will most definitely start and end with a bang. Daley is a fighter with extreme power behind every punch he throws. He could knock out anybody with a clean punch. Koscheck on the other hand has good punching power and great wrestling. This is a very tough match for me to pick because I really like both fighters. Daley has struggled against great wrestlers like Jake Shields and Nick Thompson, and Koscheck may be a better wrestler than both guys so I’m giving the edge to him.

My Prediction: Josh Koscheck defeats Paul Daley in the 2nd round via submission (rear naked choke).

Deano, Deano, Deano, I see where you can draw the logic for Koscheck here, but I’m going to shoot you down. The fact is Koscheck’s ground game is solid, but it’s wrestling at it’s origin, Daley is a bigger fighter with much more experience than Koscheck. Koscheck has stated that he’s going to try and take this fight to the ground and submit Daley. I just don’t see that happening. Daley is a world class striker, which works against Koscheck, he will be punched and kicked in the face. Either way I agree that this fight will be a good one.

Winner via 1st round KO Paul Daley

MAIN EVENT - LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida vs. Mauricio “Shogun” Rua

This is the rematch that every big MMA fan has been waiting for. Myself included! These two first fought late last year in a great fight that Machida won by unanimous decision. It was a very close fight and there are many people that think that Rua won the fight which is why Dana White pretty much made an immediate rematch for these two. Now…on to the fighters. Machida is the reigning champion and is undefeated in 16 professional fights. He comes from a karate background and has a great striking ability. He can be criticized at times for not being as exciting of a fighter as many others in the light heavyweight division and does a lot of counter striking. Rua on the other hand is an aggressive striker who has enjoyed a lot of success in his career. There was a time where Rua was one of the most exciting and feared fighters in MMA. This fight stands to be an epic battle of a very patient Machida and an aggressive Rua. This is another tough fight to call as it could be very close like the first. While Rua aggressivness could be the end of him with Machida always able to pick people apart, I think Rua’s big fight experience will bring him back to greatness and he will hand Machida his first loss of his career.

My Prediction: Mauricio Rua defeats Lyoto Machida in the 4th round via TKO

I’m so tired of this Shogun Rua bandwagon. It stop here tonight. Shogun was a solid fight 3-4 years ago. Since he’s come to the UFC he’s had a terrible fight with Forrest Griffin, a Terrible fight with Mark Coleman, a worthless fight with Chuck Liddell, then given a un deserved title shot against Machida. Yes I agree that the first fight was hotly contested and that Rua could have won, but he didn’t, And he will not win this time. I am no Machida fan myself, but I’ve got to be honest that he is a monster in the cage. The fact is Machida is a counter puncher at heart, and with Rua’s looping overhand punches it does make it hard for him to use that skill. Machida will come in well better prepared this time and im fully confident that he takes this fight. Expect either a decision or a Rashad Evans style sleepy party.

Winner via 2nd round TKO Lyoto Machida

Why We Must Return to the Moon and Beyond

By: Kevin Rogers

Let me start by saying that all these pussy politicians who can’t take a stand FOR returning to the moon is dead to me. I was just reading an article the other day that drove me insane and I decided I must write something in response. The basic premise of this article was that we should discontinue NASA and it’s funding. I call boulder dash. Who in their right mind would honestly want to do such a thing.

Let me guess, if that person is you, you are probably saying, the country is in debt trillions already, why continue to fund NASA’s experiments and trips to the moon? Shut up you pansy. The reason NASA is important includes several reasons.

1) They shoot rockets, really, really big rockets, thus by simple math NASA=Awesome.

2) Space suits make astronauts look super skinny.

3) Aliens could be hiding around the corner at any moment, and we NEED to be ready because Will Smith can’t bail us out every time from some alien attack.

If you couldn’t tell, I was kidding. The real reason we need to continue NASA’s funding is because NASA has provided us with some of the coolest shit. Since NASA started shooting people on rockets into space they have been working on things. Most people don’t even realize all that NASA has done for us. Are you watching TV right now? How about talking on your cell phone today, did you do that? What about using a GPS to get somewhere? That’s because NASA decided to be badass and shoot a satellite into orbit around the earth.

I imagine your probably telling yourself that you could live without that stuff. Well I would call you a goddamn liar, and you should stop saying nonsense. I’ll expand upon what NASA has done for you. How about the medical fields, for all you people that have pacemakers, thank NASA. How about an Ultra sound technology? Yeah NASA also. Not to mention anything having to do with breast cancer detection and treatment could be contributed to NASA and it’s advanced technology.

The fact is I could keep going and list everything from Air tanks for fire fighters, to stronger and safer winter tires for your car. The worst part is you have morons out their whom think we should stop developing this stuff. The argument always is, well we don’t need to go to outer space for NASA to invent things. Yes, we do. For us non-eggheads let me pose this question, how may times have you been working on and project, and thought to yourself “man I sure with I had something that did XYZ”. Well the same thing happens with NASA, the only difference, NASA goes ahead and creates that thing FROM SCRATCH.

The truth is NASA needs to be planning to go the moon and Mars, not only because it would be kick ass to be able to go to the moon for vacation, but because we need NASA firing on all cylinders and making top notch grade A, American bad-ass-ery. So the next time you guys hear your local senator or Congressman talking about how they are going to vote to cut of NASA’s funding, call them and tell them to shove it up their ass.

Well look whom we have here! It's Kevin, back from a successful round of, "I'm really awesome at picking fights". I'll let you all suck on Frankie Edgar winning for a second.....

WEC 48: on PPV.

Well look whom we have here! It’s Kevin, back from a successful round of, “I’m really awesome at picking fights”. I’ll let you all suck on Frankie Edgar winning for a second…..

All right, now that that’s taken care of let’s get started. WEC 48 is the WEC’s first foray into the PPV market, and they are making one hella’va splash. Normally they put their shows on deep ass cable, who really watches the VERSUS channel anyways. I’ve heard people bitch for hours on the fact that WEC shouldn’t be charging full PPV price for this card, well I say, go whine about something else, just because you don’t know all these guys doesn’t mean shit. This is a stacked card and will be one of the best of the year. On that note, lets get to this.

-Jose Aldo (16-1; #1 Featherweight)* vs. Urijah Faber (23-3; #3 Featherweight)

All right! I have been waiting forever to give a review with Urijah Faber, and now I can. This fight is going to be badass kiddies. Jose Aldo is a wrecking machine standing on his feet. He has knocked out just about every fighter he has come in contact with; most of those knockouts are in the first round and in devastating fashion. Aldo’s flying knee on Cub Swanson was one of the best KO’s I’ve ever seen. He took the Feather Weight title from Mike Brown late last year in another lopsided beating. In this fight he’s going up against “The California Kid” Urijah Faber. Now I’m going to be up front here, Urijah Faber is my favorite fighter in the sport today. His wrestling is badass, and his ground game is top notch. His stand up is kind of old school boxing/kickboxing hybrid, but it works. Faber was the WEC featherweight champ since basically the company came into existence. He beat everyone in the company, then he ran into the brick wall named Mike Brown and lost his title. This fight is going to be amazing everyone, one word of advice, don’t blink. Aldo is known for his quick powerful shots, and Faber is known for being a bit of an “inventive” fighter. Faber has strong hands and he can knock Aldo’s head clean off. This is a tough one to call, and even though Faber is my favorite fighter it’s not swaying my decision one bit. Expect a fight of the year candidate here kids.

Winner via 2nd round TKO Urijah Faber
-Ben Henderson (11-1) vs. Donald Cerrone (11-2)

As a co-main event you really couldn’t ask for much more. Ben Henderson is a great young fighter who is already making a name for himself on the pound for pound best lists. He shocked the world when he won the interim belt just last year again Cerrone. He further stunned fans and writers alike when he dismantled Jamie Varner in 3 rounds in January to become the undisputed Light Weight Champion. Henderson has beaten some solid opponents but up until last year he hadn’t really taken out that big name fighter. Henderson is a ground wizard with 7 of his 11 wins coming from submission. But don’t let it fool you, his stand up is deadly also. Donald Cerrone is going to come into this fight ready to go to town. As much as Henderson is a ground warrior, Cerrone is that plus 5. 10 of Cerrone’s 11 wins are submissions. When I say this guy has excellent ground skills take it to the bank. However, as with Henderson Cerrone will trade some leather also. When Cerrone was beaten by Henderson last year many people (including Cerrone) thought Cerrone should have won the decision. In a lot of ways this is a grudge match. The first fight between these two was a war, going all 5 rounds; it was widely considered fight the year. Now looking at these two guys don’t get pissed of thinking your going to see a ground battle, cause that’s probably not going to happen, both guys know the other has a solid ground game, so as with last time they are going to try and keep it standing. This one is going to great. With all being said…

Winner via Split decision Donald Cerrone

-Mike Brown (23-5; #2 Featherweight)* vs. Manny Gamburyan (10-4; #7 Featherweight)

Mike Brown the former Featherweight champ. He lost his belt to Jose Aldo and wants it back. The only problem is that he has former Ultimate fighter finalist and UFC standout in his way. Brown vs. Manny is another solid super match-up that could headline a UFC event. Brown is looking to get his title back, and Manny is looking for his title shot. It’s pretty clear that whoever win’s this fight is going to have the winner of Aldo V Faber; the question is who comes out on top. Brown is the much more experienced fighter hands down, he has a great stand up and ground game. Brown used to fight at Lightweight but moved down 10 lbs and still seems to be the same size. However Manny also used to fight Lightweight and seems to have kept his same size. This fight is going to be a wrestler’s dream match; it will pit Browns takedowns against Gamburyan’s ground game off his back. I see this also being very interesting.

Winner via 2nd round TKO Mike Brown

-Anthony Njokuani (12-2) vs. Shane Roller (7-2)

I don’t know a whole lot about Njokuani but the little I know makes me excited for this fight. Not only is Njokuani coming off the biggest win of his career in knocking out pretty boy and polish faggot Chris Horodecki, but he’s riding a 3 fight win streak against some pretty big names in the division. From what I gather his game is all around good, nothing stands out as amazing but what he’s got he’s got a lot of. Shane Roller is an older fighter (31) who more recently started fighting. This will be Roller’s biggest fight of his short career, and I have a feeling he may be getting set up for a big KO for the PPV audience.

Winner via 1st round KO Anthony Njokuani

-Scott Jorgensen (9-3; #6 Bantamweight)* vs. Antonio Banuelos (17-5)

As with the last fight these 2 fighters I’m not familiar with yet. Jorgensen is the more recognized fighter (haha, you’ll laugh when you see him). He is also a bit of a boring fighter. When almost half your wins are by decision there is something wrong. These 2 guys have fought before in actually a pretty entertaining match. Banuelos came out on top last time and I think it happens in the same fashion this time.

Winner via unanimous decision Antonio Banuelos

UFC 112: INVINCIBLE

Alight kiddies; guess who’s back to blow your mind with amazing knowledge and moneymaking picks for your bank account? That’s right Kevo is back. So go ahead and pick your panties up off the floor ladies, I’m married now. Let’s do this, ladies and gents, I present my preview of UFC 112.

-Anderson Silva (25-4; #1 Middleweight) vs. Demian Maia (12-1; #7 Middleweight)

Let’s start with the main event of this card, Anderson Silva “the god king of all the men of Persia’ against Demian “less of a shot than me VS Chuck Norris and Dolph Lungren in a fight” Maia. Let’s really be honest here, does anyone honestly thing Maia has a shot in this one? For those who don’t know Maia is a ground-fighting specialist, his ground skills are second to none in the middleweight division. For Maia to have a shot in this fight he is going to have to take Silva to the ground, which is not going to happen. This fight is going to turn out like Thales Lietes, Silva toying with Maia like a cat and mouse. The more interesting story here is going to be if Silva will step up and finish Maia in this fight. Personally I think he will, but this fight may end up being a boring one. I believe Maia will try to play the ground game on Silva the whole fight, but Silva won’t bite, and near round 4 or 5 he will get frustrated and then punched in the face.

Winner via 4th round TKO, Anderson Silva

-B.J. Penn (15-5-1; #1 Lightweight) vs. Frankie Edgar (11-1; #9 Lightweight)

This fight is the one I’m more interested in than any other fight on this card. BJ Penn who is regarded as one of the best fighters in the world is known for an all around amazing fight game. His bread and butter is his ground game, but his stand up is just as deadly. Frankie Edgar may not be known to all as an elite fighter but he will be soon enough. 6 of Edgar’s 11 wins come by way of decision, so you know he’s got the heart to stand in a fight. Edgar’s biggest win so far of his career is when he beat former champion Sean Sherk. Edgar also has some solid power in his fists that he’s not afraid to use it. I think this fight holds many different layers that come into play. First being BJ Penn’s dedication. No one can argue that over BJ’s last 2 fights he has shown the amazing abilities that he has in his arsenal. However BJ Penn’s always been known as a guy who can’t stay on the straight and narrow for long. I think you also have the tag line of BJ making a case to get another fight with Georges St. Pierre. After this fight there is not much more competition for him at the lightweight division. Either way, this fight is shaping up to be a good one. I know BJ Penn has been on a tear of late, but this would be a bet worth taking. All this being said…

Winner via 2nd round TKO, Frankie Edgar

-Matt Hughes (43-7; #5 Welterweight) vs. Renzo Gracie (13-6-1)

UFC hall of famer Matt Hughes makes his “long awaited”? Return to the octagon against veteran and always-dangerous Renzo Gracie. This fight really doesn’t mean anything in terms of rankings or title shots. This is a one of those fights that people always wanted to see. It’s just too bad they wanted to see this fight 10 years ago. The fact is this fight is probably going to be boring. I see a 3 round ground battle, with Renzo trying to take down Hughes and Hughes stuffing those take down attempts. Matt Hughes doesn’t have much of that same explosive movement he used to have in any aspect of his game. This is a pretty easy one to call for the most part, Renzo hasn’t had a fight since 2007, and he is pushing 45 years old. Matt Hughes doesn’t have much left, but I think he’s got enough to take this one.

Winner via Unanimous Decision, Matt Hughes

-Terry Etim (14-2) vs. Rafael Dos Anjos (13-4)

I’ll be honest, I’m not the most familiar person with these two fighters, its’ an interesting fight to put onto the main card of a PPV match-up. However looking at both of these guys in comparison I can see why they did it. This fight is going to be fireworks. Etim who is a European based fighter with 14 wins, 11 of those wins are by submission. Dos Anjos has 13 wins, 6 of which by submission. Both of these guys have an excellent ground game and are going to put it to the test here. This fight is going to play out like an exhibition jiu jitsu match. Both guys are going to come out and go down quick. Like I was saying I don’t have much film on these two guys, but I will tell you that Etim is the better fighter all around.

Winner via rear naked choke, Terry Etim

-Mark Munoz (7-1) vs. Kendall Grove (11-6)

Kendall Grove is a fighter who most believe hasn’t come close to his full potential. Many people think of him as a BJ Penn type fighter who never truly develops into that superstar. Grove is a ground fighter with a strong stand-up game with some knock out power. His past couple of fights has certainly showed he’s picking up his dedication to the sport. Mark Munoz is a fairly new fighter to the sport; with only 8 fights under his belt his first fight was in 2007. Munoz has only 1 loss on his record now and that’s to Matt Hammill. Munoz hasn’t shown much in the way of stand out talent, as he’s really just a lower end fighter who the UFC throws at guys to put on a good show. Grove should have no problems beating a guy like Munoz.

Winner via 2nd round KO, Kendall Grove

Alright you stupid idiots. I’ve never known such a worthless bunch of MMA fans in my entire life… lucky for you I’m about to impart some knowledge on you. For the better. So get ready to bet some money and have some cash in your pocket, here we GO!!

Champ Brock Lesnar (3-1) vs. interim champ Frank Mir (12-3) (heavyweight title unification)

Brock “country boy” Lesnar is a monster. He is coming into this fight on a 2 fight win streak, normally that would not be impressive, HOWEVER, he has only has 4 fights, so basically, he’s hitting his stride. For a main event, this is kind of a sad match, Lesnar is strong, & fast, for a guy that comes into this fight at 265 lbs. he is basically the flash. His strength is his strength, funny huh!? Lesnar is a freak show fighter of sorts, he beat the legend Randy Couture, for the Heavy Weight Title, however many people thought Randy was WAY outsized in that fight. Mir is coming off an ass beating of Antonio Nogueria. Mir killed Nogueria in all aspects of the game. Nog (Nogueria) has been widely considered the top 2, or 3 heavy weights in the WORLD, so basically Mir beating him is a great accomplishment. Mir is a former champion who got into a bad motorcycle accident and had to give up his title for a year while he went to rehab. Mir came back slow after his accident, but came on VERY strong in his last few fights. Frank Mir fought Brock Lesnar back in the beginning of 2008, and beat him. Many people think Mir is an up and coming legend in this sport, either way Lesnar is in for a fight. This is a tough fight to call on paper, but if you look at the facts/skills of each fighter, I think you can pick a winner, this is probably the biggest match in UFC history (with the exception of the next fight*). Mir’s biggest problem before his accident was his cardio, if he can correct it, he WILL win. However, I don’t think this will be his night; Lesnar will win by overpowering him.

Winner: Brock Lesnar via 2nd round TKO

Champ Georges St. Pierre(12-2) vs. Thiago Alves(16-3) (for welterweight title)

GSP Vs Thiago Alves has the possibility to be the fight of the year. GSP has been called the #1 pound for pound fighter in mixed martial arts. I agree with that classification. He has beaten some of the best Welter Weight fighters in the world. GSP is a god amongst men; He has the best “game planner” in MMA in Greg Jackson. GSP, as far as I’m concerned is the best fighter in MMA. Alves is a heavy handed puncher who A LOT of people think can KO GSP, 11 of his 16 wins are by KO. Alves is a great fighter, who has also beaten a lot of great fighters. If this fight was on any other card it would be the headline hands down. These 2 fighters are both amazing, GSP has lost twice, once to Matt Hughes, and once to Matt Serra, if you do the MMA math he won’t lose because Thiago Alves name isn’t “Matt” Alves. Alves has a chance to win this fight if he can catch GSP with a good combo or some of his deadly kicks/knees. As I said before, I think this fight will go down as fight of the year, a not to miss match.

Winner: Georges St. Pierre via 4th round TKO

Jon Fitch (18-3) vs. Paulo Thiago (11-0)

This is an exciting fight but one that you can probably skip if shown. Jon Fitch is the 2nd best welter weight fighter in the UFC today. Thiago was a great fighter in other organizations, came to the UFC and beat Josh Koshcheck in his first fight. Even by beating the 5th best welterweight, Paulo Thiago still doesn’t have what it takes to be Jon Fitch. Don’t let his record fool you coming into this fight, Paulo will not submit Jon Fitch. Jon Fitch has beaten much better submission experts than Paulo. This fight is probably as close as it comes to the lock of the night; HOWEVER, I’m saving that for a later fight.

Winner: Jon Fitch via unanimous decision

Michael Bisping (17-1) vs. Dan Henderson (24-7)

Alright all you “The Ultimate Fighter” fans, this is the match you’ve all been waiting for. Bisping and Henderson were last seasons 2 coaches on TUF, they are both coming into this fight with a title shot against Anderson Silva on there minds. The president of the UFC has all but promise the winner of this fight a title shot against Silva. Bisping is a tough fighter who will try his best to outlast you in a fight, Most of his wins are by KO/TKO, but he’s been known to pepper with jabs and hooks till he can knock you out. His only loss coming at a Light Heavy Weight, and to former champ Rashad Evans. Bisping has not lost as a middle weight in his career. As much shit as Bisping gets he’s a solid fighter, a bit boring, but good none the less, I think coming into this fight his biggest challenge will be his time off. Bisping hasn’t punched someone in almost a year; I think that will come into play. Dan Henderson is the former Light Heavy Weight Champ, and Middle Weight champ. He comes into this fight as the veteran. Henderson has beaten the likes of Wanderlie Silva, Vitor Belfort, Ninja Rua, Renzo Gracie, Babalu, & Nogueria. Henderson is a pioneer of this sport; he’s been fighting MMA for about 12 years and is turning 40 years old next month. Henderson is also an old school wrestling fighter, most of his 24 wins are by decision, in fact Dan Henderson hasn’t finished a fight EVER in the UFC, his last KO or submission win was in 2007. Even with that being said Henderson is still a legend. Bisping is coming in as the larger fighter, but Henderson can easily neutralize that advantage by taking it to the ground. Personally I think this fight will be kind of boring.

Winner: Dan Henderson via split decision

Yoshihiro Akiyama (12-1) vs. Alan Belcher (14-5)

Holy shit! This is the fight I’ve been looking forward to since I knew this man was coming to the UFC. Akiyama, or as his fans like to call him “SexyYama” is fighting in the UFC for the first time. This man is a super star over seas, think Chuck Liddell, but Asian. This man is an amazing; he’s beaten a lot of great overseas fighters. He’s pretty even when it comes to his skills, he can knock you out, or submit you. His weakness in this fight will be ring rust. SexyYama hasn’t fought since September of 2008. Alan Belcher is pitter in this fight to play spoiler yet again. Belcher played spoiler back in January when he beat then overseas start Denis Kang. Belcher certainly can win this fight if he comes in and sticks to a good game plan. However, I think he got lucky in the Kang fight, and I think Aikyama knocks belcher clean out, this is your lock of the night. That all being said, I’m making a future prediction right here, Yoshihiro Akiyama will be the man to beat Anderson Silva in the UFC.

Winner: Yoshihiro “SexyYama” Akiyama via 1st round KO

Hello Ladies and Gents, Welcome back to another action packed Kevo review. Today I'll be giving my review of UFC Undisputed 2009 for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

UFC Undisputed 2009

Hello Ladies and Gents, Welcome back to another action packed Kevo review. Today I’ll be giving my review of UFC Undisputed 2009 for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. The game is made by THQ, who has a good track record with sports games. The game is licensed by the UFC so it features the likeness of about 100 fighters from the company. The game has online capabilities as well as solo play, all of which factor in to the overall game play. So lets start breaking this shit down.

The games features 4 different game types, Exhibition, Online play, Hall of Fame fights, and Career mode. All of the play types are very standard for any sports game, Exhibition is just for jumping into a fight quickly, Online you can battle against other Online foes, And Hall of Fame is putting you into one of 5-6 fights that were historical for the UFC. I’ll focus mainly on the Career mode because it has the most depth. Career mode starts with creating a new fighter from scratch, the Create-A-fighter system is pretty in large, but at the same time basic and easy to do.

The actual physical appearance of your fighter can be customized, you can have the standard hair styles, skin types, height/weight, Tattoos, but the Facial structure system gives you so much range in creating fighters you will never create the same fighter twice. You can select your fighter skills by assigning points to certain categories. You have the basic; Strength, Speed, Cardio, then, you can go more in depth to choose if you want your fighter to be a submission guy, or a striker. Once you have yourself all created, you can pick you fighter’s name, this is a big negative. The game doesn’t recognize spelling, which is bullshit, cause I’ve seen games do it 100 times, really is the name Kevin Rogers, that hard? Anyways, you can choose from a list of nick names pre recorded, that way when the announcing is going on it will at least say your nickname.

So now that you’ve created your fighter, it’s time to start your career.  You’re welcomed to the UFC from the president, Dana white, your welcome gift, a fight.  This first fight is mostly to determine where you should be ranked to start your career. Once you win or lose this fight, you are brought to the main screen where you can in turn choose your next opponent.  The match-maker always gives you a choice of 3 fights, normally 1 fighter is higher ranked than you, 1 fighter is lower ranked, and the 3<sup>rd</sup> is someone who’s about your same skill level.  Once you select who you are facing next you can go into training.  There is 3 different types of training you can do, Work Out, Sparring, Invite a Camp;

Work Out: This is the basic way to work out, you can select if you want to work on your Strength, Cardio, or Speed, and if you want to work Soft, Medium, Hard.

Sparring: This is where your sparring partner mimics your next opponent’s skills, thus preparing you for your next fight.

Invite a Camp: You can invite some UFC superstars to come in and train you some new moves.

So basically you work your way up the ladder fighting and hopefully beating your opponents. As you progress with the game, you can unlock rewards, and upgrades. You can upgrade your gym with better equipment, you can gain sponsors, and you can win awards like “fight of the night” or “KO of the night”. All of this stuff is useless and does not contribute to the progress of your fighter. It is more just a status thing to show how big your… ego, is. Anyways, so you can fight your way up the ranks of the UFC, starting with some no name guys and working up to the Champions and some UFC superstars. After 7 years of fighting your created fighter is force to retire. Gay, I know.

Alright, so let’s get down to business here and I’ll give you a positive negative breakdown of each aspect of the game.

Sound effect/Graphics: This is probably the best part about this game, the sound is great, and the graphics are out of this world. Even the commentary provided by Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg is solid. Unlike a lot of sports games the commentary doesn’t feel repetitive in the least; it stays fresh, and doesn’t get on your nerves much. Not much in the way of negative here.

Controlling: The Controller responds well to your commands, IF, you know what commands to put in. There is so many button combination involved in this game, it can piss you off at times. When you are Standing up and striking with someone, it can be easy, however once you transition to the ground game, it gets confusing as all hell. If you can take the time to learn the ground game you can probably become unstoppable, because no one, even the computer it seems sometimes, can’t do anything.

You will get frustrated playing this game, let me give you a scenario, I was just playing this morning, I had just rattled off about 8 wins in a row, and winning the heavy weight title belt. My fighter is a monster, I have just about every aspect of his game at the top, yet, I lose the belt in my next fight, as well as go on to lose the next 3 all by submission. All of this happened while I was putting in the button combination that the game had given me to defend against submissions. Needless to say I try to keep the fight standing.

Game play: Ok, this is where the majority of my beef with this game comes from. The Career mode is garbage. You can tell they rushed through the process of making career mode. It’s not in depth AT ALL, very basic, no frills. I’m used to madden career mode where everything is something to do or control. There is no age progression as the years pass, literally, there is none, when I created my fighter, I made him 26, when I retired after 7 years of fighting in my last fight, it showed I was 26. That’s just little stuff that goes along way. The could have improved even further, if they would have added, time damage, if my eyes keeps getting busted up, maybe I have a big scar their, or maybe after 7 years of fighting I have some wrinkles for gods sake.

The other thing that bothered me about the game play again has to do with progression, like in the game Madden, if I start my career as a quarter back, after 5 years, guys start to retire around me, and you know what the system does, it auto generates new guys to fill in those rolls. In Undisputed, there is none of that. It’s the same guys in the game the whole time. Chuck Liddell is 40 years old now, if I make a fighter, in 2 years he should be retired, yet, he keeps fighting, because there is no age progression. It would be cool if after 3 years, Anderson Silva and Dan Henderson retire, and 2 new auto generated fighters take their place within the ranks. That would have made the game more in depth, and 100 times better.

So, after all that, I’m sure you’re asking yourself what type of rating am I going to give this game. Well, even with all the faults this game has, it is still very fun to play. The Create a fighter is an amazing system, even without the name recognition. If you have a group of friends around, I can see how this game would be amazing to set up mini tournaments. The game itself has a lot of great possibilities in its future, it just seems as though it’s not fully developed yet. It’s not a good sign when I’m looking forward to UFC undisputed 2010, when this game just came out. With all of that being said, in honor of national heart attack month, I’m going to give this game 2 ½ boxes of Mac ‘N Cheese, out of 5.

Basically, rent it with your friends, fight it out, but you can pass on buying it this year.

And here we go folks!!! We have a brand new strike force show, and I’m going to break it down, hardcore gangsta style, in honor of Nick Diaz. Da “209″ representing!! So lets get to it ladies, So to date, my record for picking fights across the board has been 11 winners - 4 losers, however the last strikeforce event, i went 5 for 5, and i know i will do it again here. before I cream in my pants and ruin another pair of clothes lets get this started.

-Robbie Lawler (16-4; #2 Middleweight in the World)* vs. Jake Shields (22-4-1; #4 Welterweight in the World)* in a 182-pound bout

This is a very interesting fight; you have 2 of the best guys in each of their weight classes, clashing in a main event fight. Lawler, who’s a very good middleweight fighter, is coming off a win against Scott Smith, a little under a year ago. Lawler, who was the middleweight champion of the now defunct EliteXC MMA company, is a solid fighter with a great background. As of late Lawler has hit his stride, he’s beaten, in just his last few fights Frank Trigg, and Murilo Rua, both guys are top 10 fighters. Of his 16 wins, 13 are by KO, with just 1 win coming by submission, however, of his 4 losses, 3 are by submission, which brings us to his opponent. Jake Shields, Shields is a manimal, part snake part human. He is destructive on the ground, pulling off some of the most absurd submissions in the game right now. Shields trains with Nick&Nate Diaz, so you know he’s got some solid training partners. 9 of his 22 wins are from submission; he’s beaten his last 11 guys, and hasn’t lost since 2004. With all that being said, this is still a tough fight, Shields is coming in as a lighter fighter moving up, it shouldn’t play to big of a part, but still something to be considered. I’m a little bummed that this fight won’t be for a title, however since it’s not both guys should stay pretty fresh for the 3 rounds, I think Lawler has an advantage if he can keep it standing, but i doubt he will. Should be a great fight as the main event.

Winner: Jake Shields by 2nd round submission

-Nick Diaz (19-7) vs. Scott Smith (15-5)

Here it is Stockton natives, the fighter you look forward to. Nick Diaz is coming off a very, very impressive win over MMA legend Frank Shamrock. Diaz who’s always a colorful fighter is riding a 4 fight win streak right now, all by way of TKO. He’s making a very quick turn around, fighting just 2 months ago. Diaz has shown some mental improvement over the past year or so, and it seems like he’s on the right track to take fighting seriously, but this should be a great test of that. Smith, who is a good fighter, but never known as a great, is coming into this fight to make a name for himself. If he can beatDiaz, he will be well on his way to fighting for the title again. Smith, known as “hands of steel” has 13 KO’s to his 15 win record, so he will be trying to knock Diaz clean out. Smith is training with a GREAT group of guys up in Sacramento so he will be well prepared for what Diaz has to show. Personally I think Smith CAN pull off the upset in this fight; he will have to keep it standing. If Smith can “bait” Diaz into playing his game, which shouldn’t be hard because Diaz is known to be very stubborn, he has a shot here. All things considered, I think Diaz will take this fight, Smith is coming off 2 months rest as well, but his fight was a war, and I think he will be much more worn down than Diaz will.

Winner: Nick Diaz by 3rd round TKO

-Andrei Arlovski (15-6) vs. Brett Rogers (9-0)

Oohhhhh boy, this fight has got fireworks all over it. Andrei is coming off a devastating KO loss to the best fighter in MMA, Fedor. He is rebounding with this fight on very short notice, Andrei is taking this fight with only 1 month to train, bad sign. Arlovski is a former UFC champion, and has been around the block. 11 of his wins are by KO, and believe you me, he can stand and bang. Arlovski is actually being trained by the same guy who trains Manny Pacquio. Arlovski throws retardedly good combinations, and has KO power in his fists and Knee’s. Rogers is an interesting fighter, He’s a young guy with great upside. So far all we have seen of Rogers is his stand-up, and it’s been great. All of his 9 wins are by punches. We don’t know what his ground game looks like, but I would imagine its leaves something to be desired. Rogers is a guy who’s trying to break into the top 10 of Heavy Weights, and this is his big shot. With Arlovski coming off a heartbreaking loss, his mind may not be in the right place for this fight, he’s also been known to have a suspect chin. Rogers is so inexperienced that Arlovski should have his way with him in all aspects of this fight. However, If Rogers can land 1-2 solid shots on Arlovski, he could knock him out. This fight is about Skill VS heavy fists. I think skill wins it this time, but if the odds are right, take Rogers, he could pull an upset.

Winner: Andrei Arlovski by 2nd round KO.

-Joe Riggs (29-10) vs. Phil Baroni (13-10)

This fight is the Underperformer VS the underachiever. Joe Riggs, is a solid MMA fighter, he’s been bounced around and pawned off on us fans as a great fighter. The only thing really great about Joe Riggs is that he used to fight Heavy Weight, and looked like a school bus, then lost the weight and moved to fight at the lower classes. He is an evenly talented fighter, with 14 wins by KO and 13 by submission. Riggs has never put together a streak worth mentioning in his career, and has lost to the better fighters he’s faced. Baroni was the talk of MMA just a few short years ago; he was being talked about as a solid up a coming MMA fighter. However he ran into the brick wall of life. After losing 4 in a row the UFC cut him. Baroni then headed overseas to fight, beating a couple named opponents. Baroni has never lived up to the hype that surrounded him, however his past 3 fights have given the impression he may have finally turned the corner. I think this fight will be Baroni trying to knock out Riggs, while Riggs trades blows and attempts takedowns. Riggs is the more rounded fighter as well as the younger fighter, but Baroni has that KO power. This fight could be over quick, or go the distance, either way I think Riggs takes this fight.

Winner: Joe Riggs by KO in the 2nd.

-Kevin Randleman (17-12) vs. Mike Whitehead (23-6)

Randleman is well past his fighting prime. The man is coming up on 40 years old. He’s an old school wrestler who grinds out decision wins. He is a veteran of both the UFC and of over sea’s Pride Fighting Championship. Randleman has amazing amounts of experience, fighting the best in the sport, including, Fedor, Shogun Rua, Chuck Liddell, Randy Couture, Bas Rutten, Rampage Jackson, & Mirko Cro Cop, funny thing, is he lost to ALL of those guys. However, it goes to show that he doesn’t duck fighters. Mike Whitehead is a young fighter with a good record against a lot of subpar opponents. Whitehead has beaten up on the lesser guys for a while now; he’s a submission wiz, with 13 of his 23 wins coming that way. Whitehead is a mid tier fighter who hasn’t had to fight any top 10 level opponent yet. With all that being said, he is a much younger fighter than Randleman, and probably a stronger, more well rounded fighter as well.

Winner: Mike Whitehead by unanimous decision.

BBBAAANNNNZZZZAAAIIIIIIIII!!!

Konichiwa whores, it’s your buddy Kevo back with an action packed MMA card straight from the land of the rising sun. Dream 9, not only do we have the ongoing featherweight grand prix (tournament) but we have the start of an Open Weight Grand Prix staring some freakishly good matchups. I am not going to cover all the matchups because it will be a lot and my knowledge will probably bore you, or make your face melt, so here we go…

Gesias “JZ” Cavalvante 14-2-1 vs. Tatsuya “Crusher” Kawajiri 23-5-2

For those who don’t know these two fighters, you’re in for a treat; JZ is a solid all around fighter. He has battled with the best, and beaten most out there. JZ is coming off a very long break though, his last fight was April 2008, and so he could have a bit of ring rust. JZ is young fighter who’s got a great career ahead of him if he keeps on course; he is training with one of the best groups in MMA right now, he is as good as they come. Tatsuya is no punk either; he is a MMA Veteran and has competed hard for the past 9 years. Known for his KO power as well as his submission skills. Certainly the more experienced fighter of the two, Crusher is a monster in the ring. Tatsuya has fought a much better quality of competition. With that being said, I think its Gesias time to shine now.

Winner: Gesias Cavalvante via TKO 1st

Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza 10-2 vs. Jason “Mayhem” Miller 22-6 (For Vacant Title)

Jacare is an overseas sensation; he is by far a fan favorite of MMA fans around the world. Jacare, trains with a team headed up by Wanderlei Silva, who is a monster of a man. 9 of Jacare’s wins are by submission, none by KO. You can clearly guess what his strongest skill is. However, here is a fun fact! 3 of his submissions come by way of punches, how bad ass is that! the other guy gave up because he was getting punched in the face too much that=amazing. Jacare is coming off a loss where he was fighting for the Middle Weight Belt. Jason Miller, many of you know from the show on MTV “Bully Beat down”, however, despite his TV persona, Miller is a real MMA fighter, and damn good one at that. Mayhem has fought some of the best out there, including UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre. Mayhem’s bread and butter is his ground game, he has retardedly good skills when it comes to his submission game, he could choke out a gorrilla.. whatever that means. Mayhem is a colorful fighter, always showing off on the way to the ring, as well as IN the ring, no matter what happens in a fight, he is there to entertain the fans. Interesting enough, these 2 guys fought about a year ago, and Jacare came away with a Decision win. I don’t see this fight going much different in the way of an outcome, both guys will keep it on the ground and it will be a grappling match.

Winner: Ronaldo Souza via Unanimous Decision.

Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto 17-1 vs. Joe Warren 1-0

This is the only Feather Weight Grand Prix match-up I’m going to talk about, and for good reason. This is the long awaited return of “Kid” Yamamoto. Kid hasn’t fought since December 2007. He has had a string of injuries that had forced him to withdraw from several matches the past 1 ½ years. Kid is a monster; plain and simple 12 of his 17 wins are by Knock out. basically he punches you, and you die. One of those KO’s was the most impressive Flying Knee I’ve EVER seen, the match starts and he runs at the guy, jumps, knee’s him, and the guy falls over, fucking amazing. Kid is the prototype of a bad ass Japanese fighter. I can’t say enough about his skills to come close to doing him justice. Joe Warren has 1 MMA win. Warren was a professional wrestler, the REAL kind, Olympics style. He is an American kid from Oregon. Warren may possibly die in this fight. His first outing was solid , but this is his 2nd MMA fight, and he’s going against a legend. His only hope is that Kid has so much ring rust that he physically can’t move his body.

Winner: Norifumi Yamamoto via 1st round KO.

Ikuhisa “Minowaman” Minowa 41-30-8 vs. Bob Sapp 10-3-1

The first of the “freak show” matches on tap for Dream 9. Minowaman has TONS of experience. With over 75 fights on his record, no one can deny that this silly Asian man can fight. Minowaman is known as an entertaining fighter overseas. His style would best be described as “retarded macho”, he tries moves you would only find watching the WWE, including a flying dropkick. I once read that his training regime is insane, the man literally dodges baseballs to train for a fight. I heard he also chases airplanes down runways as they are taking off. Bob Sapp, Freak Show fighter to the MAX! He is a former NFL player and is a trained kickboxer, for whatever reason the Asians LOVE him. Bob Sapp fights at around 350 lbs, in comparison Minowaman fights at around 180 lbs. That’s almost a 200 lb weight difference. Insane yeah? That’s why Japanese freak show fights are the fucking GREATEST! Anyways, I’m picking Minowaman in this one; don’t ask why because I don’t know.

Winner: Ikuhisa Minowa via 2nd round submission

Jose Canseco 0-0 vs. Hong Man Choi 1-2

Time for the main event of Freak showiness!!! Jose fucking Canseco whose known best as a douchebag and MLB star in the 80′s/90′s. Apparently Jose has told everyone he’s some kind of martial arts master, thus he wants to fight MMA. I say, bring that shit on! No one really knows what Canseco’s strengths will be; I suppose his reach would be , except he’s fighting a guy who’s 7 foot 6. Hong Man Choi is known as the “Techno Goliath”, he is originally a kickboxer. Choi is a monster of a man, Choi is a genetic freak and clearly has the size advantage on Canseco; he has the skill advantage as well. I don’t really see any way possible Jose Canseco wins this fight at all, it’s shouldn’t take long.

Winner: Hong Man Choi via TKO in the 1st.

I’m fed up with the news people.

Ok, I’ve had it up to here (the imaginary line I’m pointing at) with the “news” talking heads going off on ignorant rants like people honestly care. They ALL do it. Is there no real outlet for news media (other than Thishotfire.com) that doesn’t carry a bias one way or the other? I mean literally I can switch to all the news stations, the BIG ones, and tell you, conservative, liberal, democratic, republican, it’s just getting out of hand and I’m honest to god tired of it. No one is safe from the tyranny of these so called news men. I just don’t understand how anyone can sit and listen to half of these god damn morons.

MSNBC, FOX, CNN, CNBC, & now Comedy Central. Let me tell you something, when I watch the news, I don’t want to get yelled at. I don’t want to be talked down to, I don’t want to be made to look stupid, and I certainly don’t care what YOU have to say about the news. When I go about watching the news, it’s just for that reason, to get the news about what’s happening across the country/world. I don’t need Sean Hannity taking Jabs at the president every 2 seconds. Look I didn’t vote for Obama, but I don’t hate the man. I disagree with a lot of what he stands for and what he’s doing, but I don’t need to be told he’s a communist every 2 seconds “Sean”.

It doesn’t stop at FOX news; MSNBC/CNN has the same slant towards the liberal opinions. I swear to god if I have to hear Keith Olbermann and his cocky “I’m 1,000 times smarter than you” voice tell me that Bush is an ignoramus, I’m going to go out buy a gun, and shoot my fucking TV. Rachael Maddow and her “I’m going to a dinner party” lesbian man haircut need to get the hell out of my face too. If I hear her shrill voice tell me that John McCain is old, and will probably die soon I swear to god I will drive down to whatever bull dike bar you hang out at, dress like a woman, seduce you, make you fall in love with me, make sure gay marriage is made legal all over the united states, then ask you to marry me, then as you are standing at the alter in your Tux(cause you’re a fucking man) I’ll walk in, pull down my pants, shove my dick in your face, and scream “I HATE YOU”. That’s my plan, but it’s not set in stone yet, still have some details to work out.

Also their is a new kind of faux news out there. It’s the comedy/newsman style. Brought to you by John Stewart, and Stephan Colbert. Ugh, don’t’ even get me started on these two smug, pompous fools. The worst part about these two idiots is that whenever anyone criticizes them, they revert to their old fallback “Hey, we are just comedians”. Bull shit. You two dummies are out there peddling your news garbage as well. You can’t have it both fucking ways, on one hand Stewart hammers Jim Crammer on the stock market, and on the next he is talking about Nancy Pelosi looking like an alien. Hey, I’m all for news in comedy form, but not the way these two putzes do it. They mock EVERYONE in politics, and the second someone asks the question “don’t you think that’s maybe a bit irresponsible?” Stewart shoots back with a snarky grin on his face and says “hey look, if you’re getting your news from me, then you have bigger problems, ok?” FUCK YOU Stewart. God damn I hate him.

What happened to the days of real news men? Where is Walter Cronkite when you need him? I want a Newsman that will deliver the news to me without giving me his personal bias. I want to listen to someone who looks like they know what they are talking about. I want a newsman who shows he actually cares about this country, and what it was founded on. When Kennedy died, you know what happened? People cried, Cronkite cried because it was sad for America. Do you know what would happen if Obama was killed while in office? Sean Hannity would laugh like a mad scientist, and say Obama got his come-up-ins. Do you know what would happen if Bush died? Olbermann and Stewart would make jokes about it on air, and probably say things about him being to ignorant to live. Its Bull shit. Look, I’m not a Bush fan, and like I said before, I’m not an Obama fan. However, if either of these 2 men died, I would be sad, I would feel sympathy for them, and their families. I wouldn’t get excited because I hate them. It’s called being a human being, not a celebrity/person with a sense of importance way higher than is required.

America needs a source for REAL news, and they need a REAL news anchor. Not these ignorant self centered, everyone look at me idiots.

Screw you fake news assholes.
