This site was created out of a need to express uncensored opinions on everything the world has to offer.  Whether it be a review on a movie, or even a frozen pizza brand, to a rant about why celebrities can suck an unshowered set of testicles.  There are no limits to this website and I embrace the idea of no censorship.  Although some sorts of censorship insprire creativity, I have found many times in media that opinions, articles and ideas can be hindered by censorship. So fuck it, heres a domain where its all out there to be criticized or praised without remorse.

From a Joke to a Job

Back in 1999 I was coming to the end of high school, and the need to stay connected with my friends inspired me to create my first website.  This first website consisted of a picture of a friend who was set on fire, and then followed by a 100 name list of people from my high school that I either made fun of or showed some love.

Within 2 years it had grown to a minor social network. Now I realize that I basically created a myspace, or facebook, before both of them became mainstream, (devastating realization) only I placed original content on the site with the community I built.  That website became thethirdbrand.com, and has since become a production website with little to no social community involved.

As my website work grew it began to get more and more attention and I was able to get freelance work and eventually co-write a book for National Lampoon. I have slowly built my blogging and online presense into an income source that has enabled me to write and create for a living.
