For any folks out there with the gambling itch like myself, I would like to provide you with this bit of information. DO NOT PLAY ON FULL TILT POKER. FULL TILT POKER SUCKS.
Now that my basic opinion has been put forth I shall provide you with my beef.
Obviously online gambling is legally hazey, and unsure. But if that doesnt stop you from playing poker online at Full Tilt then the horrible customer service and lack of care should.
Im not going to bore the hell out of you with specifics I will just say an issue came up so they “suspended” my account until I could verify my identity. I was already pissed at this point because Ive been playing for years, received withdraws and given them business. So I emailed them essentially asking “what the hell?” Then they take 24 god damn hours to reply, and DO NOT HAVE A PHONE LINE FOR SUPPORT. So I wait 24 pokerless gambling free hours which is torture like strapping a car battery to my testicles.
So I finally get an email back, asking for a copy of my ID and utility bill. At first I want to punch a hole through Full Tilt pokers stupid face, but then like a tool I provided a copy of my ID and utility bill. Then wait ANOTHER 24 hours. I get another email thanking me for verifying my ID, and say they cant take my utility bill because its over 60 days old (73 days old). I literally had a brain aneurysm and punched a baby girl in the face. Ok, maybe not a baby… but definitely a girl. So I find another stupid utility bill…. Email it over… wait another 24 hours for a response…
Now we reach my current status with this stupid ass website… I receive an email stating:
“Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
We’re pleased to inform you that we’ve verified your address document for your account $%^#.
We apologize, but we’re unable to reopen your account until all accounts associated with yours have submitted acceptable identification. Thank you for your cooperation, and if you have any questions, please let us know.”
Ive never seen my face turn purple with rage filled hate… but this stupid ass “cut and paste” customer service jerk-me-off email has put me to this point of hatred. YOU MESSIN’ WITH MY MONEY SON!! Somebody likely to get dealt wit’..
I just want to play poker.. I verified my information, twice.. Ive waited 24 hours between correspondance.. WHAT THE HELL MAN!?!?

I had the SAME EXACT THING happen to me, then gave up on trying to withdraw any more and went on such a cooler outdraw losing streak that I refuse to play on the site even for play money anymore. If you like outdraws and giving away money, by all means play there. If you want to see miracle 2 outers 5 out of every 7 hands, play there. If you want to see quads 5 times in 20 minutes, and LOSE with them, play there. But if its actual POKER you’re looking to play? Yahoo is closer to real poker than Fulltilt. I would rather have my balls pounded flat with a wooden mallet than play there.

The honest true about full tilt from someone who has played enough of it. full tilt is made for suckouts, but this also happens because of the ignorance of the players as well. In a live casino game the action is going to be way slower and your not going to see as many hands per hour as on full tilt. As well as this when you play live games almost always the stakes are going to be higher, so in turn when you raise n a live game like you would on full tilt, in a live game usually the other person would fold where on full tilt they call anything because their all full of donkies and fish that will call any all in with no pair and 3 hearts and catch runner runner for a flush. This has happened to me many of times, and for those of you who think this doesnt happen in live casino games trust me, it does plenty of times, just not as often as full tilt. The simple fact is the faster the action the more RAKE full tilt makes. The faster the action on tourneys, equals the more tournaments fee’s they make. In the end, full tilt poker is made for suckouts and fast action, If you have a pocket pair 99% of the time someone has another pocket pair or AK, AQ, and if you have Ace SOmething majority of the time someone else has it as well because if you noticed, donkies will play ACE anything. So when u have pocket kings and lets say you go all in pre-flop and someone calls with A2 off suit and they hit a ace, these people would not call in a live casino game as much as on full tilt. So yes if you would like to play at full tilt and like to suckout on people then play their but trust me in tournament play when it gets toward the end its like the give the people good hands like AK suited so you can play it aggresive, because you might need chips, then someone beats you with 23 off suit. Its like they give you that hand because its your time to go out. Oh ya ive lost with pocket aces to 23 like two times, that right their is bs because i played it well. SO if you wanna throw your money away with the small chance of winning, because you can win, but no matter how well a player you are, sometimes you cant stop these suckout.

Lol who woulda thought. Naturally as a poker player I don’t like to see posts and comments like these. The truth is Full Tilt is governed and regulated by the Kahnawake gaming commission who overlooks online poker sites to ensure the games are fair and obviously not “rigged.”
I will second the fact that Full Tilt’s support is pretty bad but as far as any unfair play goin on behind the scenes, that’s just laughable.
Forbes magazine had an article that stated Full Tilt has $500 MILLION in annual revenue. I’m sorry but they didn’t scam you for your $50 deposit even if you did lose with aces three times!
They have millions upon millions of $$$ just chillin in all our accounts (which they invest somewhere with some huge interest), they aren’t gunna risk scamming someone for a totally inconsequential amount right? Obviously. Not to mention there are thousands of people out there with resources, and the power to test these things. You’re not the first to lose money gambling. People are constantly looking for a leak in the system cause they are “sure” it’s rigged but still lack any hard evidence.
You have the right to vent here about losing money but I kinda feel it’s my obligation to defend. The legal situation with internet poker is scaring off a lot of players, and stuff like this doesn’t help either. Bottom line is, it’s safe, fair and legal. So re-deposit and come play.

Never said it was rigged, just said that the ignorance of the players along with the fast action it is set up for. I have won money on full tilt as well but when you have ignorance players nothing, no matter how well you play can stop that. Oh ya ACES are never a guarantee, the best starting hand but thats about it. SO you SUCK it…Oh ya i have gambles so much and NEVER BLAME IT BEING rigged. For reference, I have been playing Full tilt for a long time, and let me tell you it may seem like its rigged but its not. In reality it is the shitty players that call anything that beat your AA with Q3 and so on. These things happen in poker, not as much in live poker. You do see more hands in full tilt but a even higher number of bad beats you could call, even though bad beats are really hands like AAAJJ losing and above. In the end, full tilt is full of idiot players who will suck out on you, because in reality they should of fold but are to ignorant to throw their 73 off away. If you want a more reality of real poker, play higher stakes or just go to a casino or card room, but be weary it still happen, as I had KK on a flop of K95 vs AA and the fucker got the ace on the river. Which goes to show you poker is one crazy game and the only way to win is to play your best and not let those bad players get you on tilt. AND NO K10 is not really a good hand to go all in cause your mad and see a face card. Dont hate Full Tilt hate the Player. Mitch we need a Full tilt t-shirt with a retarded donkey on the front that reads Full tilt Home of the donks.
